April News: exciting new features, updates and LinkedIn oh my!

These may be times of uncertainty 🦠😷 but we want to let you know we're here and we're not going anywhere. 💚 In fact, we've been quite busy- working away to keep you up-to-date with the latest technology, updates and features with Ingrid Cloud.

Here's what's been going on behind the scenes...

Designing a terrace? Check Pedestrian Comfort at rooftop level

New features to visualise Wind Comfort simulations are available. Now the colour map displays areas with different levels of pedestrian comfort at ground level and/or on rooftops. This makes it easier to analyse wind comfort at street level as well as on terraces.

3D view of the mesh: open up the black box!

Now users can visualise the mesh of a simulation in a 3D viewer (directly from your browser, of course). The computational mesh of a transient wind simulation reveals some of the magic behind the scenes. Our adaptive optimisation algorithms refine the mesh based on the error estimation in the simulation.

New version of Ingrid Cloud for Revit

A new version of Ingrid Cloud for Revit is now available in the Autodesk app store. This version brings all the latest features released on the browser platform, as well as a bunch of bug-fixes.
